WorkCover has issued a general safety warning following the beer keg blast at the Bar Beach Bowling Club earlier this month, which led to a young man losing an arm.
23-year-old Jye Parker was helping to tap a keg when it exploded.
Preliminary investigations have found there were no manufacturing or other faults with the keg, and that it failed due to over-pressurisation.
The safety warning relates to the maintenance and setting up of portable keg systems.
