A Gosford mental health team is celebrating 20 years of serving young people on the coast today.
The Young People and Early Intervention Team has grown from just one staff member to over 75.
But after more than two decades in the job, Director Deborah Howe credits the establishment of national service Headspace, to transforming the way people think about mental health.
The anniversary also coincides with Mental Health Month.
