A 30-year-old man has been charged with escaping lawful custody, after allegedly fleeing Inverell Local Court last Thursday.
Police say they recaptured Richard Gardiner, after he ran from a South Inverell home yesterday.
He’s been issued with a Future Service Court Attendance Notice.
