New England Police have seized cannabis, cash and firearms during a search of a home on Old Armidale Road at Stannifer, south of Armidale, yesterday morning.
A 56-year-old man was refused bail in Inverell local court today, charged with possessing and cultivating a commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, dealing with the proceeds of crime and a range of firearm related offences.
The man will remain in custody until he fronts court again next week.
