Hundreds of Central Coast residents laced up their most comfortable walking shoes and hit the pavement at Woy Woy today, in an effort to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Clinic for Kids.
Some started as early as 4am to begin counting down kilometres for the cause.
One in every 25 people carries the inherited genetic condition.
Organisers raised more than $34,000 in the lead-up to today’s event.
