Coramba grown and made “black garlic paste” wins major food award

In an area known for bananas and blueberries, but now a Coffs Coast woman is making a name for her herself with a different product – Russian garlic.

The “Black Garlic” has taken out first place at Sydney’s Royal Fine Food Show – putting Catherine Scarborough and Coffs Harbour on the savory food map.
