A record 30-thousand people turned out for the 10th Old Bar Beach Festival over the long weekend.
The influx of visitors injected around $5-million into the local economy, with most spending up big on accommodation, food and entertainment.
But organisers say they have again fallen short of breaking the kombi record, with just 220 of the classic vans making it to the seaside town… They had been hoping to attract 300.
