A Hanging Rock trout producer has been selected to attend next month’s Fine Food Australia trade show.
Russell Sydenham’s Rainbow Trout company will be one of 16 producers to showcase it’s products at the ‘flavours of New South Wales’ stand.
The company recently won two gold medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Competition for its whole Smoked Trout.
More than 30,000 people are expected to attend next month’s trade show.
