Shane Diehm’s lawyer, has returned to court today, launching an appeal against the former Tweed detective’s six month prison sentence.
Diehm was sentenced last month after being found guilty of lying to the New South Wales Police Integrity Commission – denying involvement in a drug-fuelled weekend on the Gold Coast.
The appeal will be heard in November.
