The finishing touches are being applied to a $5.7-million accommodation facility at Muswellbrook TAFE.
A joint initiative of council and the institute, it’s created a place for 63 students to stay.
It’s the first residential college in the Upper Hunter, and those behind the project hope it will make the area a leader in mining education.
