One of our city’s great mysteries has been solved, well, almost.
Council’s finally tracked down the owner of a creek-side acreage in the Hinterland that had been forgotten about for the past 74 years.
The property’s been traced to George McClymont who died in 1940.
Descendants of the McClymont family are now encouraged to contact council and stake a claim.
