Police investigating the disappearance of a light plane off Byron Bay last month, have made a fresh appeal for information.
The Cessna 172 left Lismore Airport just after four o’clock on Monday, March 21 but failed to return.
The plane, with only pilot Paul Whyte on board, is believed to have disappeared from the radar about 6 nautical miles north east of Cape Byron.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
