Protestors fear time is running out, to save culturally sensitive land at Bambara from the threat of future development.
Around 80 people rallied outside the office of Gosford MP Chris Holstein yesterday afternoon, calling for the New South Wales Government to honour its pre-election promise.
Two years ago, a third of the land was gazetted into Brisbane Water National Park.
The office of Environment and Heritage is currently in negotiations to buy the remaining 60 hectares.
