A Westdale business development has been delayed after local residents voiced their concerns to Tamworth Regional Council earlier this week.
The Tamworth Business Park development, on New Winton Road, was approved by Council in October, 2012, pending a number of conditions.
Residents say developers still haven’t answered questions raised about stormwater management and traffic safety.
Developers Hunter Land Proprietary Limited haven’t been given a deadline for re-submission.
