A 19-year-old man has died after the car he was driving hit a power pole at East Seaham in the Hunter Valley.
Emergency services were called to East Seaham Road at around 4:30 this morning, where they found a Subaru Liberty which had left the road, and hit a pole.
The man was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital, but died mid-flight.
