Tamworth Regional Council will discuss the purchase of Stephen King’s Stargazer III sculpture at tonight’s council meeting.
The piece is worth $44,000, however if council decides to acquire the work, it will receive a discount of almost $3,000.
The sculpture is currently installed outside the library and gallery building on Peel Street.
