The Palmer United Party has been rocked to its core today, by the shock resignation of Member for Gaven, Dr Alex Douglas.
Dr Douglas announced he’s standing down from his role as Queensland Parliamentary leader of the party, and is quitting the party altogether.
He says he’s protesting against the party’s ‘jobs for the boys’ culture.
