RFS MAINTAINS STRONG PRESENCE AT CLARENCE BUSHFIRES

The Rural Fire Service is maintaining a strong presence in the Clarence Valley, with 150 firefighters working to contain the 15 fires still burning.
11 aircraft including helicopters are still being used for surveillance and water bombing.
The Salvation Army in Grafton is organising donations for the families of the six houses destroyed by the bushfires in the region since the weekend.
