The successful tender for the next stage of a major upgrade of Wallanbah Road at Nabiac, is expected to be announced tomorrow night.
Taree Council is recommending Ditchfield Contracting as the preferred company to carry out the works.
Stage 3 involves reconstructing 2.3-kilometres of road from Koribah Lane, as well as upgrading the intersection on Avalon Road.
The project is estimated to cost more than $2.3-million.
