Two of Newcastle’s biggest clubs could soon be on the market.
Panthers Group is looking to part with some of its assets, in a bid to shrink a multi-million dollar debt.
12 of its clubs, including Cardiff and Newcastle, could be sold.
It’s also to allow the club to refocus on its core business, rugby league.
It comes after Panthers Group posted a loss of almost $10-million last year, and close to $50-million in the last four.
