The member for Hunter Joel Fitzgibbon has fired another shot across bow of Hydro Aluminium over how it intends to deal with toxic waste from its former smelter at Kurri.
The company today said it won’t rule out using toxic waste as landfill, but Mr Fitzgibbon says it should be reprocessed.
