The New South Wales Government has announced it will provide the remaining funds needed, to complete a multi-million dollar redevelopment of Woy Woy Oval.
Minister for Gaming and Racing, Troy Grant, was in town today, to announce $2 million towards the project.
It follows cash promises from Gosford Council and the Federal Government to rebuild the crumbling grandstand and improve the playing field.
Once it’s complete, it’s hoped the $8.3 million redevelopment will attract more state-significant sporting events to the Central Coast.
