A 66-year-old man has died on the Pacific Highway overnight, after his truck left the road and hit a tree, north of Kempsey.
The crash happened at about 11pm when the northbound truck ran off the road, down an embankment and hit a tree near Stuarts Point Road.
Anther truck driver alerted emergency services, however the man had died at the scene.
