Champion long distance runner, Steve Moneghetti, is to race in Coffs Harbour’s inaugural Half Marathon Fun Run in September.
Moneghetti, who is still competing in long distance events, has accepted the invitation to take part in the event which will include 10 and five-kilometre events as well.
The race is expected to draw a large field of serious and not so serious athletes from across the north coast.
