A jury has found Rick El Masri not guilty of shooting Hylton Miller.
Car salesman El Masri was accused of firing two shots from a highrise, three years ago, hitting Miller as he walked along the beach with his family.
Miller ended up in a coma and had to have part of his stomach removed.
El Masri claims his friend fired the gun.
The weapon has never been found.
