The Lismore Storm’s undefeated run has come to an end after being narrowly defeated by the Newcastle Hunters.
It was a less than perfect start for Lismore, chasing 14 points after the first quarter.
Newcastle continued to dominate until the third quarter, when the Storm staged a comeback.
But Lismore found its confidence and began piling on the points, tying up the score at 67 all.
But it wasn’t enough.
In the final three minutes of the game Newcastle was determined to take the win.
Finding the extras needed and wrapping up the game with the 10 point victory.
