WEATHER UPDATE: A HOT FINE LEAD UP TO NYE

The lead up to NYE remains on track to be hot and mostly sunny. The coast will be fanned by seabreezes and we’ll see the occasional shower and storm develop on the northern ranges.

On Sunday afternoon a southerly change is going to move in cooling things off by a couple of degrees for Monday but rain from the change will be very small. The heat will rebuild quickly in time for NYE which looks to be a fine evening leading up to the countdown for the majority of the broadcast region.
