ANOTHER STEP FORWARD FOR BRIMBIN
In another step forward for the proposed new town of Brimbin, Taree councillors have voted to press ahead with a Voluntary Planning Agreement.
The town is expected to cater for around 20,000 people once complete.
“The Voluntary Planning Agreement includes in it all the contributions the developer would make, the contributions council would have to make over time to the development of Brimbin.”
The document should be on public exhibition by early next year.
