The Wingham Tigers are in talks with a prospective coach to lead its first grade team in next year’s Group 3 rugby league competition.
The club says it’s going in a different direction in 20-14, in a bid to improve its results.
For the past two seasons, the Tigers have finished with the wooden spoon.
Club officials hope to finalise a new coach by next week.
