Two people have been killed in separate crashes in the Hunter Valley.
A man was incinerated in his Toyota Corolla after it collided with a truck on the Golden Highway near Sandy Hollow around five this morning.
Police say the man was trapped inside the vehicle.
The truck driver wasn’t injured, but was taken to Merriwa Hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
Last night a truck driver was killed when his rig overturned on the Putty Road at Howe’s Valley.
