Police are appealing for information after a young girl was approached by a man at Sandy Beach near Woolgoolga yesterday morning.
At about 8.20, a 10 year old girl was walking along Graham Drive when a driver pulled over and told her to get into his car.
The girl refused and ran home.
The man is described as aged in his 50’s with a pale complexion, clean shaven with brown/orange hair.
He was wearing a red t-shirt with a logo on the pocket.
The car is described as a new model light brown or yellow coloured wagon, with a white sticker on the rear window.
