ACTIVISTS BLOCK SANTOS
Anti mining activists narrowly escaped arrest today as they united in protest at the drilling site of the first coal seam gas well at the Pilliga.
But they sent a clear message, blocking Santos workers from the road for three hours.

The Pilliga Forest is such a valuable nature resourse that it should never be destroyed. Once it is gone it is gone forever.

Csg is not in the community’s interest. It benefits mining companies ‘ income at the expense of clean water, farms and the natural environment. These Resources are not to be taken for granted. Once polluted they are lost forever. Why would Australians accept this when renewables are the answer to our energy needs. On all counts Csg mining is a tragedy. Let’s stop it now.
