RESIDENTS WALK FOR WHITE RIBBON DAY

More than 100 people pounded the pavement at Terrigal this morning in a show of unity, for White Ribbon Day.
A team of men from Gosford Council led the march from the surf club up to the skillion.
The event was one of thousands held around Australia, raising awareness of domestic violence while encouraging others to speak up.
It’s the second time the walk’s been held on the coast, and organisers say they’re thrilled with the turn-out.
