A 46 year old Urunga man has been arrested by police after explosives and detonators were located in his vehicle.
During a search of his home, police seized 21 sticks of explosive, 27 detonators and some ammunition.
The man has been charged with multiple offences.
He was refused bail and will appear in court on December 10.
