Maitland was taken over by Australian Airforce cadets this morning, for the Freedom of Entry to the City march.
The Maitland squadron marched all the way along High street before being challenged by the Police Commanding Officer.
It was then inspected by the Mayor.
“It’s a very historic occasion, this is only the third unit that has had freedom of entry bestowed upon them.”
