The biggest winner after today’s inaugural Run Newcastle was the John Hunter Children’s Hospital, with the event raising more than $130-thousand for a new adolescent ward.
Just over 3000 runners took part in the event, organised by the Cotton On Foundation.
They say it was such a hit, they’ll be back next year…giving us plenty of time to train.
