Angry squatters may be responsible for a house fire which damaged a home at Labrador overnight.
It appears an accelerant was used to spark the Harris Street blaze.
Fortunately neighbours called Triple Zero before it could take hold.
Witnesses say, squatters had recently been thrown out and the home refurbished.
Now 90 percent will have to be re-painted due to smoke damage.
A new tenant was supposed to move in tomorrow.
