A 49-year-old man has been charged with high range drink driving after he returned a blood alcohol reading more than four times the legal limit at Yamba yesterday afternoon.
At about 4:30 he was pulled over on James Creek Road, where police also seized two grams of cannabis seeds from his car.
Police later searched the man’s home, where they seized 13 cannabis plants.
He’ll face Maclean Local Court on December 10.
