It’s not often you see dirt mounds in what’s become Newcastle’s entertainment hub but this weekend some of Australia’s best freestyle BMX riders will be taking in the view from Honeysuckle.
It’s the first time the King of Dirt competition has been held in Newcastle.
Riders, who gave the course a test run this afternoon, say they’re saving their best tricks for tomorrow.
