A 64-year-old man has been charged with possessing child abuse material, following a search of a house south of Taree.
Manning-Great Lakes detectives allegedly found the material on DVD’s inside a house at Cooloongolook during a search yesterday morning.
The man’s been granted conditional bail and is due to reappear before Taree Local Court next month.
