FOUR HOSPITALISED AFTER 4WD COLLISION

Four people, including an 18-month-old boy, were treated by paramedics following a two-car crash in the Hunter Valley this morning.
Two four-wheel-drives collided at around nine o’clock, at Aberdare, near Cessnock.
The Nissan Pathfinder, which bared the brunt of the impact, came to rest on its side.
Both the vehicle’s female drivers, were flown by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter to John Hunter Hospital with chest injuries.
A woman aged in her 20s and the young boy were taken to hospital with only minor injuries.
