WEATHER UPDATE

HOT.

This morning at 6:44 it was the Spring Equinox. The sun is now back in the southern hemisphere and we are certainly going to feel it’s heat in the coming days.
Central Australia is once again experiencing abnormally hot temperatures and an approaching front is going to generate some gusty NW winds driving the heat our way. The mercury set to climb into the high 20s and low to mid 30s in the coming days. Dangerous bushfire conditions will develop along with very high evaporation rates. On the bright side, great school holiday weather for those lucky enough to be close water, either near our beautiful beaches or inland lakes, rivers and dam systems.
Things will cool off slightly at the end of the week with only limited showers expected from the next change.
