Thousands of dollars worth of jewellery has been stolen from a Port Macquarie jewellers during a break an enter early this morning.
At about one o’clock police say a group of people broke through the skylight at Designer Jewellers in the Peachtree Walk Arcade.
They then smashed glass cabinets and stole several rings, bracelets and necklaces before fleeing through a fire escape.
Police are appealing for information from the public.
