A man accused of fleeing custody following a court hearing in Moree last month has been arrested in Waterloo and refused bail.
The 33-year-old man is alleged to have jumped over the dock and escaped from corrective services.
Just before 8 o’clock last night, he was arrested in Pitt Street and charged with a number of offences including resisting arrest and escaping lawful custody.
