It’ll be a nervous few days for some Fullerton Cove residents being sued by the state government.
The government is seeking it’s legal costs after winning a court case against the group as it tried to delay Coal Seam Gas mining in the suburb.
It’s been reported the sum could be as high as $60,000.
A judge today asked for more time to consider her decision.
