An elderly Tamworth woman has been the victim of a terrifying home invasion overnight.
The 87-year-old was in bed shortly before 10 o’clock when three intruders broke into her Vera Street home.
“Three offenders have allegedly broken through a rear door. They’ve demanded money off the 87-year-old victim before leaving the premises.” – Inspector Kylie Endemi
The trio, all believed to be male, left empty-handed.
