A 41 year old man, accused of defrauding sub-contractors, who helped rebuild a flooded Lockyer Valley, says he’ll be defending the charges.
Paul Morrison is accused of failing to pay sub-contractors hundreds-of-thousands of dollars, after telling the Lockyer Council he’d done so.
The sub-contrcators had worked voluntarily for some time, before being asked to stay on and do paid work.
Morrison will return to court next month.
