Richmond council has lashed out at vandals who’ve trashed new work on the Casino Footbridge, and caused delays.
The $53,000 project was expected to take two weeks.
Battered by floods the worst for wear bridge is currently undergoing a two week make-over.
The footbridge is expected to be re-opened for pedestrians in just over a week.
