Group 2 teams plays Round 1 of 2024 season

There’s been a few upsets in the first round of this season of Group 2 footy, Nambucca thrashed last year’s premier’s, Woolgoolga, by 32 points.

The Grafton Ghosts prevailed over their cross-river rivals.

And Macksville played against an almost new Coffs Comets team, to take a 24 to 12 win – rounded out by a strong second half.
