The leader of the Stop CSG Party visited Taree today.
Environmental scientist Gordon Fraser from Lismore is running for a senate seat at the upcoming federal election.
He was in town to talk to the local community about the controversial mining practice.
“We can use the electoral process in Australia to stop CSG. By voting to stop CSG what we’re voting for is a clean environment, for clean water, for clean air and for healthy children and for a better future.”
I think we have to tealize that CSG companies only care about the gas assets and we need to support farmers.The development of this unconventional fracking industry will come at the expense of Australias’s farmland and water catchment.Respect the voice of the people
